Phantom Tick Bite
Dear Readers,
Forgive me for the slowdown in essays these last couple weeks. I’ve been generally feeling like I got hit by a truck. Flu-like funkiness. Tested negative for Lyme’s, but kept having Lyme’s-like symptoms. (Apparently there are a lot of false-negatives for that test.)
Today my based DO (former college football player, looks like a Germanic warlord from centuries ago, six or seven children, doesn’t accept insurance, etc) started me on treatment for Lyme’s.
God-willing, it will turn out fine, but for the time being I’m having trouble writing (or doing anything productive at all). A real writer would be able to crank out gems even in pain, but I am very soft, it turns out. I hope to resume essays shortly. Forgive me—more soon. Stay chivalrous!
Sincerely,
George of the CG

I'd also recommend investigating whether you may be suffering from toxic mold exposure. It's more prevalent than most people think and it has wide ranging, debilitating symptoms. I was completely healthy before I was exposed to it and it has made me so sick I can barely get through the day. If you think that may be what's causing your issues, reach out and I can help advise you on how to deal with it. Praying for you!
Godspeed George
