I loved Fitzhenry's book, and when I found many of his footnotes to be references to the book by C. Fernandez de Castro, I searched for a copy. There don't seem to be any avaialable these days, at least not the last I checked. If you have a copy, I'd be happy to pay for a scanned version of it or help out in any way possible to produce a reprinted copy of the book.
The taking of the bridge of Cordoba was one of the highlights of Fitzhenry's book. That was Navy SEAL-esque badassery from start to finish.
Yes, de Castro's book must have gone out of print about a month after I got my copy. The binding is terrible. A friend of mine put out a feeler to the publisher to see if we might be able to buy the rights to it and print it ourselves, but with no luck. I will let you know if anything changes.
Crazy that so few people know about him! I find his response to mini-crises to be very instructive. Rather than giving himself over to panic, he prays and rolls up his sleeves.

What an example for today. Let us not shrink when the moment demands our attention.
